You'll see some staple pricing for a general idea, but we can't realistically keep live store prices on our site for every item, and that's all we charge. That’s how we keep you from overpaying for the “convenience” other delivery services pretend is a luxury.

Our team hand-picks your items in real time, shopping sales, snagging BOGOs, and choosing smarter substitutions to stretch your dollars- just like we would for our own family. (Did you order "4 individual cans of coffee" but a "4 pack" of the same coffee is $2 cheaper? We're grabbing the cheaper one!)

Quite frankly, they all technically deliver to the resorts. Walmart may even be a bit cheaper than our service, but you get what you pay for.
We see those orders dropped outside on the pavement (seriously!), inside but not in the fridge, without labels, and without any clear idea of where your order is delivered every. single. day.
Yep, that's $14 worth of yogurt left on the shelf by Walmart..not in the fridge. Woof.

With our service, you have direct contact with your shopper from start to finish. Orders are packed with care and clearly labeled, numbered, and the exact delivery location is sent to you upon arrival!
Our unique working relationship with the resorts means no issues with entry through the resort guard gates or to Bell Services.


Delivery is $25 to all Walt Disney World Resorts- no crazy mark-ups, no hidden fees, no “service charges” magically appearing at checkout.
Non-Disney resorts are an additional $10 since we meet you in person for those deliveries.
A small card processing fee (4%) applies to all orders to keep your payments safe and secure. (Other services have this too- they just hide it behind mark-ups). That’s it! Now go book those Lightning Lanes!
We recommend booking at least a week in advance… but if your plans are a little more “go with the flow,” we totally get it.
We can usually squeeze in deliveries on short notice- shoot us a message and we’ll see what kind of pixie-dust-powered magic we can pull off if you arrive soon!
Our calendar is open several months at a time for those who like to plan farther out!
For Walt Disney World Resorts, most orders are shopped and delivered the day before your check-in.
Thanks to our unique working relationship with the resorts, we deliver directly to Bell Services, where your groceries are safely stored (perishables in refrigerators or freezers) until you arrive.
Why a day early? We never want you worrying about timing or missing a message while you’re traveling! There’s no waiting around for delivery windows- you’ll arrive to find your order already delivered and perfectly chilled.
For all Non-Disney resorts (including third-party hotels on Disney property), you must be physically present for delivery. Your shopper will meet you during the delivery window you selected when booking, and you’ll need to be available for the entire window, regardless of the resort’s own delivery policy.
It’s all part of making sure your groceries arrive safely and fresh, as third party resorts do not have safe food storage locations.
We do most of our shopping at Publix. It's Florida’s favorite full-service grocery store known for its fresh produce, deli platters, and those famous Pub Subs (trust us, they’re worth the hype)!
Need something special from another store? We’re happy to make the magic happen!
We can arrange pickups from Target, or Whole Foods if an item isn’t available at Publix but please let us know in advance as this requires a bit of extra planning!

You will not be present for Disney deliveries. Groceries are delivered to Bell Services and stored safely in refrigerators and freezers until you arrive.

Your confirmation email will provide a link to modify your list.
Finalized lists are due 3 days before delivery, but don't worry, if you forget something just send us a message or let your personal shopper know when they reach out!
Your shopper will message you directly the day prior to or the day of arrival for substitution approval. You’ll work with them one-on-one to ensure you receive everything you need!
After your order is complete, the card on file will be automatically charged or an invoice will be sent via email or text message.
We accept all major credit cards, even international ones!
Our partner stores carry a wide range of gluten-free, dairy-free, top 8-free, and plant based options.
All of our shoppers are trained in handling food allergens and will work closely with you to make sure you get exactly what you need.
Need something extra specific? We’re happy to special order items in advance for severe dietary needs- just send us a message before you order and we’ll make it happen (with a sprinkle of allergen free pixie dust, of course ✨).
